PTA President

My name is Victoria Medelius and my son is in the 1st grade. I was born and raised in Queens and am so proud to call it home. I have a Bachelors in Social Work and am currently working on getting my Masters in Social Work. I enjoy spending time with my sons, loved ones and making memories! I am a product of District 30 schools and community is something I am extremely passionate about. My hope for the 2022-2023 school year is to foster and strengthen relationships amongst students, families and the PS 398 team. I look forward to hearing from you and working together to make this year a success! 

PTA Treasurer

My son, who is entering first grade, is inquisitive, energetic, and has a kind heart. When I was a young child, my family moved from Woodside to Jackson Heights.  I work for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Development. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, taking weekend road trips, and supporting small local businesses. 

PTA Recording Secretary

I'm a father of two wonderful children. The older one will turn five this winter and is in Kindergarten at PS398Q. The younger one is just turning one year old at the beginning of the school year. By day I'm a software engineer for Disney+. In my spare time I enjoy ice hockey, music, and visiting Queens' many cultural offerings including the zoo, botanical gardens, and the Hall of Science.
